STAND ACTIVATION'S APPLICATION

As highly valued exhibitors, you are actively encouraged to do stand activation's to enhance your presence at the event, this will help drive footfall to your stand, and overall, will jointly enhance the delegate experience.

Please complete the below application by 26th October to let us know what proposed activities you would like to have on your stand.

If we are not notified about your stand activities we may need to ask them to cease on-site as relevant permissions / documentation must be in place.

FOOD & DRINKS ON STAND (for delegates)

IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO SERVE CATERING FROM EXTERNAL SOURCES AT EXCEL, ALL CATERING MUST BE ORDERERD THROUGH:

Because of the above stipulation you do not need to inform us of your catering activites, we will be able to get this information from the ExCeL Catering Team and therefore this is automatically approved.

'SOUND' ACTIVATION'S

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE CENTRAL LOCATION OF HIX TALKS AND THE POTENTIAL FOR SOUND CLASH ACROSS THE HALL ALL 'SOUND' ACTIVITIES ON EXHIBITORS STANDS MUST EITHER USE SILENT KIT* OR BE AMBIENT (eg - NOT-AMPLIFIED).

Ambient sound on your stand may not exceed a level of 60dB (this can include display screens playing sound for example).

The Organisers reserve the rights to switch off any devices which may interfere with our delegate experience.

There will be an exclusive DJ Set on 25th November at the official HIX Bar from 17:00. The space is open to all.

*If you need to hire silent kit system to support your activity this can be hired though Aztec whose details are on the contractors page. Remember, you will also need a power socket for the system which can be ordered via the GES Order Portal.
