BADGES & PASSES

Our registration partner, GES/Visit Connect, will email you in August 2026 with everything you need to order your exhibitor badges. If you book your stand after this date, you'll receive the same information within one week of confirming your booking.

 

For administrative enquiries, such as exhibitor name or stand changes, please contact marketing@hixevent.com. For technical support with the Visit Connect platform, please email visit.support@ges.com.

​Build up passes will be issued upon entry at the venue. To avoid delay please ensure that you have completed your health & safety submission by 26th October.

BALLOONS

​

Use of helium or gas filled balloons must be agreed in writing to the Venue Services Manager prior to the event. A charge per balloon will be imposed if your balloons are released into the venue ceiling.  Helium canisters must not be kept on your stand during the show open nor within the venue overnight.  Please contact operations@hixevent.com to apply for permission.
