Every exhibitor at the show must have valid, current PUBLIC LIABILITY insurance for a minimum of £5million.

 

If you need to speak to someone about insurance for the event Flint whose contact information can be found on the contractors page of this manual will be able to assist if you are a UK based company.

International exhibitors please speak to your current provider and add the HIX event show open days to your policy.

Please upload via the Show Open Health & Safety Submission a copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate / Policy Schedule (we do not need to see your employers cover)

Deadline for submission is 26th October.
