These services are available at the Business Services shop which is on level 0 at the bottom of the stairs between N4/S4 hall entrances.

The HIX Europe 2026 attending media list will be shared with exhibitors closer to the event.

 

If you have a press kit or product news you'd like to share, please send it to marketing@hixevent.com. We'll distribute all submitted press materials to attending media ahead of HIX Europe to help maximise your exposure before the show opens.

PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM

 

The PA system will be in operation during build-up and breakdown and will only be used for Police and Emergency announcements during the exhibition in order not to disturb the seminar sessions.
