FIRST AID​

There is an on-site medical team who can act in response to minor injuries and advanced life support with full diagnostic capabilities comparable to the ambulance services. There are two fully equipped medical rooms including a diagnostic 12-lead electrocardiogram and five defibrillation units.

​

If any of your exhibitors have a medical emergency, they need to dial 4444 from an internal telephone. If any of your exhibitors have a medical enquiry, they need to dial 5556 from an internal telephone.

FOLIAGE 

​

No artificial plants and flowers may be used for dressing stands at Excel. Only real and silk-type flowers and leaves can be used. The silk-type must be clearly marked as conforming to BS 54387.

IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO SERVE CATERING OF ANY KIND FROM EXTERNAL SOURCES AT EXCEL, ALL CATERING MUST BE ORDERERD THROUGH:

FURNITURE HIRE

​

As standard your package does not include furniture. 

​

Exhibitors are entitled to bring their own furniture to the event so long as it is flame proof (conforming to BS 54387), you are not obliged to use our official contractor.

 

Furniture ordered through GES will be delivered directly to your stand on arrival and will be removed after the event.
